The Rising Stars Elite Camp is Maximum Impact Training’s (MIT) premier program built to empower Minnesota’s top high school track and field athletes. Designed for athletes with collegiate and national ranking aspirations, this camp provides the tools necessary to perform at your highest level.
With 26 years of experience and nationally recognized coaches, MIT has created critical development systems and services to enhance performance, reduce injury risk and excel in your upcoming season.
Elite Track Evaluation: Assessment of strength imbalances, running and jump mechanics deficiencies
Corrective Track Training: Targeted drills to refine mechanics and reduce all weaknesses
Advanced Workouts: Designed for both sprinters | mid & distance runners | jumpers
Sports Psychology & Mindset Training: Motivational coaching | strategies for mental toughness

Credit Pass - Sessions | Pricing Options
With your purchase, you receive in-person Athletic Development Workouts along with a set number of sessions/credits that can be allocated according to your individual needs and goals. We are committed to your development and long-term success. Based on proven best practices, optimal results are achieved by pairing Sprint Workouts with Strength-Speed & Power Training & Recovery.
Your credits may be flexibly divided and redeemed at your discretion across the following training options:
- On-the-Track Sprint Workouts – Offered four days per week
- Sport- or Event-Specific Training (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles, High Jump, Throws, Football) – See schedule for availability
- Track-Specific Strength & Speed Training – Offered three days per week
- Active Recovery & Muscular Re-education – Availability varies by offering

📅 Scheduling
- Mandatory Scheduling: Each session must be scheduled prior to class
- Clients may schedule sessions at their discretion using their available credit passes. When booking, please search for the appropriate training event for each day you wish to apply a credit.
- Training Event Availability

❌ Cancellations
- Must be made at least 1.5 hours before your session.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in a lost training credit.
