GENERAL TRACK TRAINING

This program offers two flexible training options for distance runners and sprinters who prefer a smaller, more personalized training environment.



🏋️ Strength Training

Focused on correcting muscle imbalances and improving lower body running mechanics to support overall speed and performance development.



🕒 Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday | 4:30 – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday | 8:30 – 10:00 am


Scheduling: Online Only

  • Sessions must be scheduled online.
  • No email scheduling for strength training.


📍 Location: MIT Center – 4371 Winnetka Ave. N, New Hope

🏃 Track Training

Designed to target specific skills like starting block technique, sprint and distance running form, and other individualized training needs.



🕒 Schedule:

  • Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | 7:00 – 8:30 pm
  • Sunday | 2:00 – 3:30 pm | 3:30 – 5:00 pm


📍 Location: Brooklyn Center HS Rec Center

  • Reminder: All new clients must complete an Evaluation or On-Boarding before their first session.

  • You can use the UpperHand Website or Download the UpperHand app for easy scheduling, changes, and cancellations.

  • Must be made at least 1.5 hours before your session.


  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in a lost training credit.
