"OUR TRAINING APPROACH IS BUILT TO MAKE YOU FASTER EVERY SINGLE WEEK"
Designed for sprinters and distance runners ages 6–18 who want to improve performance and build confidence.
Our proven approach combines on-track workouts with strength and agility training at our own fitness center. Led by former college and pro athletes, our “Blueprint” identifies and corrects deficiencies, develops race strategy, and prepares athletes for competition.

📅 Scheduling
- Mandatory Scheduling: Each session must be scheduled prior to class
- Clients who do not schedule will not be allowed to participate that day

❌ Cancellations
- Must be made at least 1.5 hours before your session.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in a lost training credit.

Hybrid Monthly Unlimited Track & Field Package:
- Great option for clients who do specialty events and in need of General track training
- Sessions can be used to schedule any specialty and General track sessions
- Expires 30 days from first use
