Led by former collegiate athletes, this specialized training focuses on high jump techniques, corrective training, and personalized coaching at track meets.



MIT’s Jump Training program has produced:

  • Reminder: All new clients must complete an Evaluation or On-Boarding before their first session. 


  • Purchase & create your account 


  • You can use the website or Download the UpperHand app for easy scheduling, changes, and cancellations.

📅 Scheduling


  • Mandatory Scheduling: Each session must be scheduled prior to class


  • Clients who do not schedule will not be allowed to participate that day

❌ Cancellations


  • Must be made at least 1.5 hours before your session.


  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in a lost training credit.

Hybrid Monthly Unlimited Track & Field Package:


  • Great option for clients who do specialty events and in need of General track training


  •  Sessions can be used to schedule any specialty and General track sessions
