Maximum Impact Training and its staff are pleased to offer our Pre-Season Athletic Development Program. This is an opportunity for developmental & elite youth athletes ages 7 through 18, to learn skills to rise above the competition at a more advanced level. These sessions will stress basic skill development in a fun and safe environment. Other features will include:
This Pre-Season program is designed to enhance the growth and development of athletes who are serious about their game, and who are willing to get better EVERY day. Each session will include drills designed to challenge the athlete’s physical and mental capacity, along with being able to execute in-competition.
- Stimulus: Track-Specific Speed Training | Competition Speed
- Technical: Run Mechanics | Speed Phases & Transitions | Skill Development
- Physical: Athletic Development | Strength & Power Training
- Injury Prevention & Tendon Strengthening
- Optimize your natural biomechanics & proper neuromuscular firing pattens
- Optimize your performance by strengthening the “wires | connection” of your neuromuscular signal with the use of electrical muscle stimulation
- Get Faster | Move Quicker | Jump Higher | Dominate
🏋️ Strength Training
Focused on correcting muscle imbalances and improving lower body running mechanics to support overall speed and performance development.

- Tuesday & Thursday | 4:30 – 6:00 pm
- Saturday | 8:30 – 10:00 am
Scheduling: Online Only
- Sessions must be scheduled online.
- No email scheduling for strength training.

🏃 Track Training
Designed to target specific skills like starting block technique, sprint and distance running form, and other individualized training needs.

- Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | 7:00 – 8:30 pm
- Sunday | 2:00 – 3:30 pm | 3:30 – 5:00 pm
