GET BETTER TRACK CAMP

University of Minnesota Indoor Track – 1800 University Ave. SE, Mpls


For over 26 years, we’ve helped thousands of young athletes improve their personal records and elevate their performance. The Get Better Track Camp is a detail-focused training program designed for athletes of all levels:


·       Developing athletes will learn the fundamentals of running form, block starts, and structured workouts.

·       Experienced athletes will receive advanced coaching to sharpen their skills, compete for state titles, and achieve national-level rankings.


Open to athletes ages 6–18, this Sunday-only camp is ideal for:

  • Those unable to commit to weekly MIT training sessions
  • Distance runners seeking a high-quality training facility


What to Expect:

  • Corrective training drills: Running mechanics, race transitions & strategy, block starts
  • Custom workouts: Designed for both sprinters and distance runners
  • Advanced warm-up routines: Improve mechanics and reduce injury risks
  • Performance testing: Pre- and post-camp timing tests for sprinters and distance runners
  • Season preparation: Get competition-ready and build confidence for the upcoming track season
